A Coach is a type of wellness professional who helps people progress in their lives to attain greater fulfillment. Coaches aid their clients in improving their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives.

A Coach can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and develop strategies for overcoming each obstacle.

A Coach is not a mental health or medical care professional. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. 

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to the process. I recommend starting with two sessions per month for the first three months then one session per month for as long as you are seeing personal results. The average client commits to 6-12 months. 

Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.

All coaching services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC, are meant to help you identify the areas in your life and your thinking that may be standing in your way. However, coaching is not professional mental health care or medical care. If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it interferes with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need through a licensed professional counselor. Coaching may augment your therapy, but coaching is meant to be done when major emotional and psychological wounds are already healing or healed.

In that spirit, by purchasing coaching services from Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC, you confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement and that you wish to proceed:

*I understand that the coaching services I will receive from Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC, are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC, is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.

*I understand Wendy Busby is certified by Certified Life Coach Institute and soon to be certified by the Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy.

*I understand that coaching is an unregulated industry and that any internationally recognized regulator does not license Wendy Busby. I also understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC, may be provided from any remote location worldwide.

*I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching sessions, including my choices and decisions.

*I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.

*I understand that all comments and ideas offered by Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC, are solely to aid me in achieving my defined goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent and hereby give such consent to Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC, to assist me in achieving such goals and aims.

*I understand that to the extent our work together involves career or business, Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC, is not promising outcomes, including but not limited to increased clientele, profitability, and or business success.

*I understand that Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC, will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If I report child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else. In that case, I understand that necessary actions will be taken, and my confidentiality agreement is limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if Wendy Busby is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent that the law requires.

*I understand that technology is not always secure, and I accept the risks of confidentiality in using email, text, phone, Zoom, and other technology.

*I hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge Wendy Busby, Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by Wendy Busby, Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC, as a result of the advice given by Wendy Busby, Wendy Busby Coaching, Wendy Busby LLC or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

You will be asked to sign this waiver when booking a coaching session. 

My goal is to provide quality coaching to all my clients. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only me but other clients as well. 

When you book a session, you reserve a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other clients. To be respectful, please contact me via text at (928) 362-8551 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your session. 

*24-Hour Cancelation Policy - Unless there is an emergency, please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid the $25 cancelation fee. Each client is allowed two emergency cancelations per year. 

*No-Show Policy - A no-show is when a client misses a session or does not cancel 24 hours before the appointment. Unless there is an emergency, your session will be considered "used," and full payment is expected.

*Late Arrival Policy - If you arrive late to your appointment, the coaching session will end at the agreed-upon time when booking the appointment.
